CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 1/4 lb. cucumbers, sliced
1/4 lb. onions, sliced
1 med. bell pepper sliced very thin
1/4 c. sliced radishes

Toss together lightly. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with the following dressing.

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix the ingredients in a jar and shake until well blended. Chill. When ready to serve, pour dressing over vegetables. Do not let stand too long. The cucumbers will become limp and radishes will fade. (I make it without the radishes and bell pepper).
