HOT POTATO SALAD 
8 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled & sliced
1 lb. Velveeta (or to taste)
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper

Toss together. Turn into baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup chopped bacon (fried) and 1/2 cup ripe olives.
