1 can cream of potato soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 slices Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, stir and top with cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more, or until cheese melts. Serves 4.
