RED BEANS AND RICE 
11 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. red kidney beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 clove garlic
5 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. crab boil
1 bunch green onions
6 pork chops, cut off bone
1 lb. smoked sausage
Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, mix water, garlic salt, Tabasco, Worcestershire, beans, and crab boil. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook, uncovered, over low heat. Add meat. Saute celery, onions, bell pepper, and garlic in oil. Add to beans; add salt and pepper and continue to cook over low heat for 2 1/2 hours.
