CORN BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. soy milk
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. blueberries

Mix honey and oil in a bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add milk. Mix flours and baking powder. Mix with liquids. Fold in berries. Half fill greased or paper lined muffin pans. Bake 30 minutes.
