SUNDAY BRUNCH 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, in pieces
1 lb. ham, sausage or bacon, cooked
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Put generous amount of butter in casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in dish. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 7.
