APPLE CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. chopped apple
2 c. raw cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
Season with nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla & lemon

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
3/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped pecans, sprinkle on top

Mix ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Mix topping and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
