| SISTER - IN - LAW'S BAKED CRANBERRY/APPLE CASSEROLE | |

1 pkg. fresh cranberries, washed and picked over 3 apples, diced 1 c. sugar & 2 tbsp. flour mixed Butter casserole. Mix flour/sugar mixture with fruit. TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 stick softened butter Mix topping with fork. Drop on top of fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is a favorite at the Woodlief Christmas dinner. | |
