OATMEAL PANCAKES 
1 1/8 c. milk
1 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine milk and oats in a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add oil and eggs; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened. Bake on a hot griddle. Turn when top is bubbly and edges are slightly dry.
