CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. bag hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. onion
8-10 slices processed cheese
1 (1/4 lb.) stick butter

Place hash browns in large cake pan. With chopped onion, chopped cheese, and chopped butter; mix. Blend soups and sour cream separately and then add to mixture in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, and 15 minutes uncovered. May add bacon bits or seasoned bread crumbs on top of casserole.
