GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
4 or 5 med. potatoes 1 onion, chopped 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. sugar Peel and boil potatoes until tender, then slice in 1/4 inch slices. Combine remaining ingredients in skillet. Boil for 5 minutes. Add sliced potatoes and toss lightly. Serve hot. |
