CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. unpeeled cucumber, finely chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in water, then add other ingredients. Refrigerate until firm.
