OVEN CHICKEN ROMANO 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 c. snipped parsley

Dip chicken into butter, roll in a mixture of bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley. Place pieces skin up, not touching in two greased large shallow baking pans. Top with remaining butter and crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until done, about 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
