LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix (plain)
1 box lemon instant pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix together cake mix and pudding. Make a well and add eggs, water and oil. Beat with mixer on high for 2 minutes.

Pour batter into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Test. Cool cake before removing from pan. Serve plain or sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cake or glaze.

Glaze: Blend 1 cup confectioners' sugar with either 2 tablespoons milk or lemon juice and drizzle over top of cooled cake.
