3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine oil, eggs, and sugar in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in pecans. Half of butterscotch morsels and apples. Spread batter with remaining morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until done.
