CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 pkg. dried beef
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Beau Monde spice
1 tsp. celery salt
Round loaf of pumpernickel or rye bread

1. Mix all ingredients except the loaf of bread several hours in advance.

2. Hollow out the center of the pumpernickel bread. Cut the bread chunks into bite size pieces and arrange around the bread on a platter.

3. Fill center of hollowed out loaf with dried beef mixture.
