MEXICAN RED BEANS 
1 lb. red beans
4 c. cold water
1 lg. onion
1 can tomatoes
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped

Put soaked and drained beans into cooker. Add water to all ingredients. Cover and cook on high 2 hours. Turn to low for 8 hours.
