2 (15 oz.) cans chickpeas, drained & rinsed 1 minute
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 (15 oz.) can no salt added whole tomatoes (not drained)
1 tsp. rosemary
1/4 fresh parsley, minced
Black pepper, freshly ground (to taste)
