MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
2 egg yolks
1 frozen pie shell

Mix all dry ingredients; beat eggs. Mix all wet ingredients into dry, then beat. Microwave 4 minutes on high. Beat again. Microwave 4 minutes. Beat again. Pour into pie shell.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
