JIFFY HOLIDAY FRUIT BREAD 
6 c. Jiffy baking mix
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. white sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. nuts
1 c. dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. glazed fruit

Prepare oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Pour batter into 3 well greased and floured loaf pans, about 9"x5"x3". Bake 45 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Remove from pan. Cool on rack before slicing. Yield: 3 loaves.
