SIMPLE SALISBURY STEAKS | |
Delicious served with creamed potatoes and corn! 2 lb. ground beef (I use 93%) 2 env. brown gravy mix (McCormick) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 onion, cut into slices Preheat oven to 375°F. Make hamburger into patties and place in large casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place one slice on onion on top each patty. Mix both packets of brown gravy with water until no clumps and pour over patties. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until done and gravy slightly thickens. Submitted by: K. Thompson |
