LOW - CAL SALAD DRESSING 
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced cucumbers, unpeeled
1/2 c. radishes, diced
2 tbsp. dry chives
1 tsp. poppyseeds

Blend well, chill and serve over salad.
