PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. jar marshmallow cream

Combine milk and sugar in a large heavy pan. A heavy pan is important for getting the fudge the right consistency. I use a 5 quart club aluminum. Bring to a boil stirring constantly on medium high, until it reaches hard ball stage (will look yellow). Remove from heat, stir in rest of ingredients until well blended. Pour onto buttered platter and cool.
