GINNY'S MANGO BREAD 
1 c. (solid) Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 3/4 c. raw mango (chopped in blender)
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. raisins

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients, mango and lime juice. Mix all together. Add nuts and raisins.

Grease and flour baking loaf pans. Bake at 375 F. for one hour or until done (this depends on pan size). Cool on racks 15 minutes before releasing from pans.

Do not cut until the second day.

Makes 3 large loaves; 4 medium loaves or 6 tiny loaves.

Baked bread freezes good.
