3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, 1/4 cup butter, milk and vanilla together and pour into square baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together for topping and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. For a 9 x 13 inch pan, double recipe and bake for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
