6 ice cubes, crushed or at least broken
3 jiggers vodka or gin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar
2 whole eggs
1 c. half and half
1 drop (just one) orange flower water

Mix all ingredients together and blend at highest speed of your blender until mixture nearly reaches the top. Pour into your prettiest stem glasses which have been chilled for at least an hour. It took lots of practice to perfect this one and it is a tradition on holiday mornings while breakfast is cooking!
