1 (11 oz.) pkg. toasted corn flavor tortilla chips 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/2 c. mild picante sauce 1 c. grated cheese Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread tortilla chips in bottom. Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. In a large bowl, combine soups, milk and picante sauce. Stir in meat mixture, blend well and pour over top of tortilla chips. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. |
