VERY EASY FUDGE | |
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips 3/4 c. butter 3 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional) 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Melt chips and butter in large pan or bowl. In medium saucepan bring sugar and evaporated milk to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir until creamy. Pour into a buttered 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Chill 3-4 hours. Cut into squares. Makes about 3 pounds. |
