1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
9 x 13 inch ungreased pan

Crush cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve some crumbs for top. Mix crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture in pan for crust. Cream sugar, 1/2 of Cool Whip and cheese. Spread over first layer. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Spread this over the 2nd layer. Spread the rest of Cool Whip on. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill 1 hour before serving.
