SNICKER CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. caramels
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips (1/2 bag)
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix cake according to directions. Pour 1/2 of mixture in Pam sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt butter, caramels and milk in double boiler. Pour over baked cake. Cover with remaining batter. Cover with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes and 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
