CRAB FLAKE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. back-fin crab meat
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter, stir in flour. Pour in milk, let come to boil and remove from stove. Stir well beaten egg, add diced green pepper and salt and pepper. Put 1 pound crab meat in casserole and pour mixture over and fork it through. Cut up bread cubes and stir in melted butter and pour over top. Bake until brown at 350 to 375 degrees.
