RICE PILAF 
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. regular rice
1 can water
1 stick butter
1 can chicken broth
1 can or jar mushrooms

Butter casserole dish. Add rice. Saute onion in butter; pour over rice and add broth, water, dash of salt and pepper to taste. Put drained mushrooms on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Bake about 15-30 minutes longer.
