COLE SLAW SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
3-4 tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add mayonnaise, water, vinegar, and salt. Chill until partially set. Beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 1 quart mold.

OPTIONS: Grated carrot Green onion Purple onion Chopped parsley Finely chopped pimento

I use individual molds - about 8. Keeps as long as 2 weeks.
