PUMPKIN PIE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk or cream
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Mix together pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla and spice. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Tastes just like pumpkin pie but serves more and is easier to make!
