MEXICAN SURPRISE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, Do Not Drain
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, optional

Mix all together in 1 large bowl. Pour into an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together. Frost cake.
