CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
7 to 8 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded mild cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped

Cook chopped onion in microwave in butter until tender. Add all ingredients to potatoes.

Topping:

1 stick melted butter
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix on top. Pour melted butter on top of stuffing mix.

Bake in 350°F oven about 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
