CORN BREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. fresh milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream corn
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
Green chili (roasted)
Shredded Longhorn cheese

Mix all ingredients together except chili and cheese. Spread small portion of batter in bottom of greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Add strips of chili and some of the cheese. Continue to layer batter, chili and cheese until batter is used up. End with batter on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
