SUNSET FRUIT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Water plus ice cubes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Measure 1 cup water. Add ice cubes to make 2 1/4 cups. Add to Jello with lemon juice. Stir. Let stand until slightly thickened (10 minutes). Stir, occasionally.

Set aside 1 cup gelatin. Add fruit to remaining gelatin. Pour into serving bowl.

Combine 1 cup Jello, cinnamon and cream cheese in blender; blend. Gently spoon over fruited Jello. Chill until set. Serves 10.
