GEM JAM RIBS 
1/2 tsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Molasses
1/4 c. Orange Marmalade
1/2 c. Catsup
1/3 c. Onion (chopped fine)
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Garlic Salt
4 Whole Cloves

Combine all ingredients and cook. Spoon over ribs or pork chops.

Bake at 350°F until tender.
