APPLE KUCHEN CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, well drained or 2 1/2 c. sliced baking apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into cake mix until it is dry and crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture lightly into a lightly greased 9"x13" pan building mixture up slightly on edges. Bake 10 minutes until a crust forms.

Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and eggs and drizzle over the apples. Bake for 25 minutes until edges are brown. Do not over bake.
