CALIFORNIA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can corn
1 can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can sliced olives
4 oz. sliced pimentos
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until onion is slightly soft. Add remaining ingredients except for cheese. Layer meat mixture and noodles, starting with noodles and ending with meat. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
