FRUIT SALAD AND DRESSING 
3 oranges, peeled & diced
4 slices pineapple, diced
4 lg. bananas
1 lg. apple, diced
1 med. bunch grapes
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 grapefruit, peeled & diced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 orange (juice from)
Cornstarch
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard

Heat sugar and juices to boiling point. Thicken with small amount of cornstarch. Add yolk of egg and cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Pour over diced fruit and serve.
