STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
10 oz. frozen strawberries
Pecan Sandies (Keebler)

Thaw frozen strawberries. Beat egg whites until stiff, then add sugar. Beat until sugar is dissolved. Add Cool Whip, then strawberries. Stir ingredients together. (Small package cookies, 8 to 10 ounces.) In cake pan, crush Pecan Sandies and place on bottom of cake pan. Add above ingredients. Sprinkle a little of the crushed cookies on top. Put in freezer.
