STEWED OKRA WITH TOMATOES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 lbs. fresh or frozen okra (cut up)
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (16 oz.) can big R tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped garlic

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onions and stir until onions are clear. Add okra, green peppers and tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add salt, cayenne, celery and garlic. Stir mixture and let cook for about 25 minutes or until okra is tender.
