PECAN PUMPKIN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
2/3 c. dark corn syrup, lite
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Stir together 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar, pumpkin and spice. Spread over bottom of shell. Combine 2 beaten eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter, vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spoon over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
