4 LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE | |
1ST LAYER: 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. pecans 2ND LAYER: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar 3RD LAYER: 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chocolate instant pudding mix 3 c. milk 4TH LAYER: Remaining Cool Whip from 8 oz. container Press 1st Layer in a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. combine 2nd Layer ingredients, place in cooled crust. Combine 3rd Layer ingredients, spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top of pie (and forget your diet). |
