CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
1/2 c. or less butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Add the melted butter to the potatoes and sprinkle the salt and pepper over potatoes. Mix 1 cup grated onions and cream of chicken soup, pint of sour cream and grated Cheddar cheese. Spread over potatoes, mix and bake in greased casserole 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and let stand a short time after removing from oven.
