CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-9 potatoes
1 lb. cheese (American or cheddar)
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. bacon (partially cooked)
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil potatoes until soft and peel skins. Cut in small cubes. Mix shredded cheese, Miracle Whip, chopped onions, salt and pepper. Pour over and mix with potatoes. Sprinkle bacon on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees or until cheese melts.
