CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. stuffing mix
6 tbsp. butter

Add melted butter to hash browns. Mix together five ingredients. Mix the two mixtures together and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine the stuffing mix and melted butter and cover potatoes. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
