PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. sirloin or London Broil steak, slice in 1/8 inch slices

Put in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet and brown meat lightly (2 minutes). Add garlic powder to taste (put aside). Slice 2 green peppers, 1 large onion, sliced, and 2 carrots very thinly sliced.

Stir fry vegetables in a bit of oil until crisp tender. Add 1/2 cup beef broth (use bouillon cube), 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 can of mushrooms, sliced or fresh ones.

Cook all together with meat until tender or 20 minutes. Thicken with 1/4 cup cold water and 1 tablespoon corn starch and serve over rice.

Optional 2 tablespoons white wine. Makes it taste super. Also sliced cauliflower can be added to vegetables.
